S Ravikumar is a qualified Chartered Accountant and started practicing since 1985 in Tirupattur, Vellore district Tamil Nadu. He is also a Partner in Padmanabhan Ramani & Ramanujam Chartered Accountants located at T-Nagar, Chennai.

PRR Chartered Accountants handles various central statutory audits of large public sector banks and public sector undertakings owned by the Government of India. He also has a wide experience in handling taxation and legal issues of small and medium enterprises(SME's), partnership firms, companies, co-operative societies located in South India. Further, he has handled issues related to Trusts(educational and others) and represented clients before income tax appellate and tribunal forum.

For over 30+ years he has handled a wide variety of clients solving innumerable issues and developed expertise in direct taxation (income tax including capital gains) and indirect taxation (GST, VAT & Service tax).
